advantages of drinking water are extremely important to our health. Water is
the key component to everything. Our bodies are more than 70% water and it is very
important for keeping up a healthy life style.
Water is
lost each time you breathe, sweat or urinate. Roughly 2.5 liters are lost just

thanks a lot for your nice post. yes i also believe that vegetables ,yoga and Drinking water play a very important role in your diet plan.
whenever we plan for dieting we know proper amount of vegetables and Drinking water we should consumed. it also important that we should know which vegetables reduced fat more frequently.yoga is also important and i believe that at least we must give half an hour for yoga or any other exercise.
